For the first time since 2018 The Doctor’s Orders have teamed up with Southbank Centre and Dance Your Way Home to bring you this very special edition of their History of Hip-Hop. Taking place on the on the Southbank Centre terrace overlooking The Thames and offering some the finest views of London this is certain to be the best parties of the summer.
DJs play chronological sets tracking the 50+ year history of the most influential musical genres of all time. From 1960’s & 70’s Funk and Soul breaks and into the early days of 80’s rap, through the golden era of late 80’s and 90’s Hip-Hop, into the digital age of 2000’s producer driven bangers to today’s new school and trap and UK rap renaissance.
